Much like the Greenwich Peninsula development, Vital Energi employed T4 to provide and install all Heating flow & return distribution pipework running from the plant room through lateral areas, up risers to each apartments Heat Interface Unit on every floor. T4 were responsible for all Flow and return Valves, pipework, installation of all HIU inside each dwelling, testing, & commissioning of the completed system. The project consisted 1 block of 20 stories and 1 block of 10 stories, totalling 236 flats. There is a central plant room complete with a CHP packaged and various other boiler plant to provide heating distribution to Heat interface units to each flat.
