Rosedale Primary School is a new 2850 m2 two storey building to house 420x Primary school pupils and a registered nursery for the 30x pupils constructed in the Rosedale College campus in Middlesex.The job involved the demolition of an existing dilapidated Gym for the constructed of the new school, fabricated using a Timber, easy to fit, Elk System. T4 were involved in the Mechanical only of this project and carried out all the Heating including Underfloor Heating, Domestic, Drainage, Ventilation, & BMS services, as well as the supply & installation of Natural Ventilation systems to each classroom.
