Marlborough House, it’s a complete refurbishment of an existing Care home that sadly endured fire damage resulting in the property to be left dormant for over 3 years. The 7 story property is made up of a Ground and First floor Doctors Surgery and Pharmacy with the rest of the floors made up of 41x number single bed care home apartments complete with facilities such as Canteens, Hair dressers and Launderettes. The project involved the complete strip out of all existing M&E plant to be replaced like for like with the existing services. The Accommodations are Electrically Heated using Storage Heaters and also involved the reconstruction of a complex centralized toilet extraction system. T4 worked closely with the builder & the design consultants to replicate the same quality finish the building had prior to the Fire.
