The works comprise the design, refurbishment and completion of a residential development for the M&E services of 93No units for private sale, including a concierge office on the 1st floor and together with the whole of the infrastructure works, complete with all services, associated external works and connections to mains drainage and service mains. As the scheme involved the refurbishment of an existing concrete structure, it was important for us to work within the constraints of the existing building curtilage to meet the Employers Requirements.
