Ingram House was a project involving the refurbishment and extension of an existing 5 story office block, to a 7 story building with 2 Floors of office space with the remain stories used as High End Accommodation. Located a stones through away from Charing Cross Station & Embankment Underground Station, the project was destined to be of a high quality finish. The 12x Apartments including an 2x Story penthouse and the office area are all served via a centralised heating and chilled boiler plant consisting of CHP’s, thermal stores, chillers and 4x Boilers. The Apartments has Heat Interface Units to produce both Heating to the Fan Coils and well as underfloor Heating and producing the Domestic Hot Water. The Apartments also included for Chilled Interface Units which supplied each Fan Coil unit with chilled water providing the system with the option of Heating & Cooling simultaneously. The Landlords Office areas were minimal fit out including 4x pipe Fan Coil systems providing Heating and Cooling to the spaces, with the intention of a complete fit out to be carried out at a later date by the tenants.
