T4 have a close relationship with Vital Energi and are 1 of 3 of their most preferred installers. Greenwich Peninsula was a project that involved 2 blocks of 15 stories and 1 block of 8 stories totalling 203 flats. There is a central plantroom complete with a CHP packaged and other boiler plant to provide heating distribution to heat interface units to each flat. Vital Energi employed T4 to provide & install all heating flow & return distribution pipework running from the plant room through lateral areas, up risers to each apartments Heat Interface Unit on every floor. T4 were responsible for all flow and return valves, pipework, install of all HIU inside each dwelling, testing, & commissioning of the completed system.
