The St Georges College project consisted of the full M&E fit out of a new activity centre located in the school grounds.
The project was let to T4 as a full M&E package worth 2.2 million.
Mechanically the works consisted of an internal and external plantroom, heat recovery ventilation, VRF and hot water heat pumps, and BMS aswell as the full domestic plumbing and drainage installations. Electrically it consisted on low and high bay lighting to the sports hall, general power requirements, full access control and security systems, fire alarm, entertainment systems, CCTV and lighting protections systems of which most where our CDP element.
