A development consisting of 34 apartments for shared ownership and affordable rent plus 2 office units.

T4 M&E Ltd were awarded the mechanical & electrical installation for this project. Each apartment was fitted with Combi Boilers with Radiators throughout. The Hot & Cold water to Bathrooms and Kitchens utilised the revolutionary Plastic Pipework Hep2o. Each apartment is fitted with an energy saving MVHR.
