This project was let as a Pre Design Project to T 4 and consists of HIU’s with a centralized boiler utilizing a Combined Heating and Power unit as well as a Booster plant complete with items such CAT 5 Systems to all Bin Stores
All Private Plots utilizing Underfloor Heating and all Rented Plots included for Radiators and Towel Rails.
Booster Set sized to Incorporate for a Domestic Sprinkler System to each plot and coordinated with the Lighting contractor due to the fact the Sprinkler Heads were incorporated into a Lumi Plug in luminaire fitting All Dry Riser services carried out by T4.
Full BMS System installed within the Plantroom as well as the infrastructure for Billing Software
MVHR Ventilation installed into Every Property
T4 were tasked with providing basic infrastructure services to the
commercial units for fit out by separate contractor at a later stage,
this included HIU’s, valved and capped water/gas services
