This project consist of the construction of four new Blocks (A,B,C & D) comprising of a total of 338x Residential Apartments, with a basement level for the Car Park, Bin/Bike Store and Plantroom Areas. The project involved a centralised boiler plantroom completed with  Modular Boiler, 3x CHP’s and 4x 1000ltr storage vessels which provided LTHW services to HIU’s in all Plots. There are 3x Commercial Units on the Ground floor to which T4 are only down to provide a shell and core scheme. T4 had also included for a full BMS system and a Heat Metering Infrastructure complete with Heat Meters per plot linked back to a central datalogger for Data reading by others. Ventilation to each Apartment included full MVHR complete with Noxfilters and attenuators. T4 were also involved with the installation of all Boosted Cold Water, CAT5 services, Irrigation services as well as all Rainwater and Foul Drainage.
