T4 where the M&E Lead on this Pre Design Project which mechanically consisted of HIU’s with a centralized boiler as well as a Booster plant complete with items such CAT 5 Systems to all Bin Stores All plots utilizing Radiators, Towel Rails and LST Radiators where applicable
Sprinkler, Smoke Ventilation, Dry Risers, Car Park Ventilation and BMS are just some of the Mechanical subcontractor packages required for this project.
Full BMS System installed within the Plantroom as well as the infrastructure
for Pre Payment Billing Software System.
Electrically the project includes for all Fire Alarms, Access Control, CCTV required around site as well as a Warden Call system, Induction Loop and Refuge points for Blocks A&D.
The Ground Floor of Block A has a Communal Lounge area complete with
Kitchenette and Managers.
