T4 Mechanical & Electrical worked alongside Sykes & Sons Ltd to deliver a new high end training facility for Kings College London.
Mechanically this included Mechanical Vent, A/C, Domestic Water Services, BMS & Medial Gases (with new Medi Gas Plant Room Fit Out)
Electrically it included new LV Distribution, Lighting & Power, high end Entertainment system for the use of teaching, Lighting Controls, and modifications to the existing Fire, Intruder& Access Control Systems.
Working in a live hospital was challenging however with regular meetings with the client and the project team the project handed over in time and within budget.
