The Chatham Waters development consists of 199 apartments over 2 blocks, 10 and 15 stories respectively. Also within the ground floor area is a large carpark, an office, a gym and retail units.

The project was let to T4 as a full M&E design and build package worth 4.5million. It consists of MVHR, Sprinkler, & full mechanical install including tank rooms, risers and laterals etc, and a full electrical installation including fit out of commercial areas on the ground floor and infrastructure fit out. This project was a bit different to recent projects in that the heating was via electric panel heaters and water heaters.
