Lea Bridge House is a 210 Bedroom Hostal, existing of 9 story building to which T4 undertook a full rewire of power and lighting plus installation of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access control. T4 installed new boosted cold water system to all  communal kitchens throughout the existing building.

 The building then had a new east and west wing built on to the property both 4 stories high to which another 100 bedrooms were added with communal kitchens on each floor. full new acoustic drainage system was installed in both east and west wings, within each bedroom a new self-contained POD was installed housing new bathroom and shower facilities. Both east and west wings had a full underfloor heating system installed throughout. T4 added a new hot water calorifier to the already existing system to give instant hot water to all bedrooms when required. T4 also installed a high pressure mist fire suppression system throughout the newly installed east and west wings plus the already existing 9 story building.
