Construction of a New Cycle centre to cater for the storage of 500 cycles at concourse level, & Changing Rooms as well as retail units with an outside terrace area on the First floor. T4 took the project on a Design and Build project including Air Source Heat Pump renewable energy, including Heat recovery units as well as complex & advance lighting system. T4 worked closely with the builder & the design consultants to achieve a high level of quality for the Southern Rail Client.
